The last 12 months have been exhausting, most people are feeling fatigue in their bodies and their spirits. What do you do when you are tired? How do you rest your body, mind, and spirit? We want to cultivate space for rejuvenation and nourishment. Rest is not always stillness. During this workshop we will discuss how to rest our bodies and minds while maintaining emotional connection to ourselves and our communities, explore our own habits through self-assessment, and devise new personal practices for devoted leisure and play. 

So many of us are feeling fatigued and though we may try to rest the body, mind, and spirit are still feeling tired and worn. Very easily, when we are worn, we can find ourselves in a place of emotionally avoidance rather than resting in connection with ourselves and each other.
