Actively and passively shorten long muscles and lengthen short muscles to bring the body toward a state of balance. Helps to relieve/eliminate pain and improve performance.
Who May Benefit: Anyone looking for improved posture, optimal athletic performance, and/or relief from acute or chronic discomfort
Where: Zoom: hosted by The Whole Health Center
When: Saturday April 16th, 2022 from 10 AM – 12 PM and Saturday April 30th from 10 AM – 11:30 AM ~encouraged daily practice of key exercises in between sessions
Fee: $95-$145 sliding scale
