Re-offered by Demand! Neuromuscular Balancing for Performance, Pain Relief and Wellness

  • The Whole Health Center 162 Gilbert Farm Road Bar Harbor, ME, 04609 United States (map)

OUTDOORS*

In this practical and illuminating program, of interest to both therapists and the general public, Josh brings us his background as a

positional therapist, yoga instructor, sport psychology consultant and Head Women's Tennis Coach at Husson University.

It is the muscles that pull the bones.
* Learn how to release, shorten and lengthen

appropriate muscle groups to bring the body into balance; * and slacken muscles in minutes,
even if they have been tight for years.

In the first part of the morning we will explore concepts, and do assessments and demonstrations. Then we will experience a gentle Neuromuscular Balancing yoga class, followed by ways to continue these practices for a lifetime of wellness and optimizing performance. This is a highly effective and simple holistic

approach that identifies and corrects common imbalances.
