Radiant Flow
Opening to the Roots of Qigong and the Radiant Source of Body, Mind and Energy.
March 30 – April 2
with Paul Weiss at The Whole Health Center
This year's qigong retreat will focus on those practices that help us to realign both our awareness and our movement to that radiant energy matrix that is both the source of our aliveness and the greater dimension of our being.
Including practices directly from China that:
*attune us to the direct experience of qi (or vital life energy) and its sensing, both within the body and in our expansive energy field;
*open, align, and harmonize the flow of qi in our body in coherence with the structure of our energy field and its roots in both heaven and earth;
*extend our awareness to a fuller and more expansive sense of ourselves, and to the joy and transparency of our being;
*offer foundational techniques of qigong healing, and a chance to practice on each other
A residential retreat with meals, Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
Cost: $295. (Or speak to us.). For registration and information,
call or email 207-288-4128 or info@thewholehealthcenter.org
To REGISTER, please select deposit or paid in full option.

Qigong offers an integrated approach that engages the body, mind, heart, breath, and movement in a way that reverses and re-habituates the tendency to disharmony and separation; and that restores our expressive being of coherence and transparency. I have found that, quite universally, as we enter into the movements of qigong – no matter how rigid or awkward we may be at the start, or how new we may be to its principles – it is as if we have sent a message out into the energetic field that we are ready to be re-attuned and restored to its harmonic flow. Gradually the field begins to activate itself and inform our movements. And gradually, as we surrender the control, rigidity, or awkwardness with which we held our bodies, there is a relaxation into the flow of movement, governed by the energy itself.
